Synium Software, a company from Germany, has created an app called MobileFamilyTree Pro 1.0. It is Mac compatible. It truly is a standalone piece of software. It just so happens to be on sale right now. What more could a genealogist ask for? Ancestry.com App Downloaded Over A Million Times

Genealogists have downloaded the Mobile app from Ancestry.com more than one million times now. This is clearly a very popular and useful app for genealogists to have. Let’s take a closer look at what makes this little app so attractive to genealogists. Coal Mining – It’s A Family Affair

The other night, I watched an interesting documentary about coal mining in Appalachia.
